to manage pre-launch notification lists,
to notify users when a giveaway goes live,

5. No Marketing Subscription Required
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, participation in a giveaway or in a giveaway notification list does not require subscription to RhinoTec’s general marketing emails.
If RhinoTec offers a separate marketing email opt-in, it is voluntary and independent.

notification list data will be retained until the relevant notification process has been completed and for a limited period afterward where reasonably necessary,
giveaway entry data of non-winning participants will generally be deleted within 90 days after the relevant giveaway is fully completed, unless longer retention is required by law or needed for legal defense,
winner data may be retained longer where required for shipping, accounting, tax, legal, or compliance reasons.

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights such as:
the right to request access to your personal data,
the right to request correction of inaccurate data,
the right to request deletion of your data,
the right to request restriction of processing,
the right to object to certain processing,
